Our Founders
RBC is led by Carson Faris and Nick Coo, who bring together over 40 years of investment experience. While developing companies, real estate, and investment funds we’ve learned many valuable lessons, built best-in-class relationships and discovered our deepest passion is serving people—all led by a simple question: “What do we want as investors?”
Our Strategy
Our investment strategy starts with the desired outcome and looks for solutions from this vantage point. We don’t limit our possibilities to one particular product type or geography, rather, we focus on pairing great real estate fundamentals with great execution.
